Booking must be made by up to 2hours prior to the starting of the show.
Payment will be accepted on arrival and Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard/American Express/JCB)is preferred.
[WITH yamato dinner plan]
Booking must be made by up to 7days prior to the starting date of the show.
Payment must be made by online. The invoice will be sent from ANDNEXT, Inc.
If there is no reply or inquiry, the reservation will be canceled automatically. Please confirm our cancellation policy below.
* The reservation will be confirmed after ANDNEXT, Inc receives the payment.
* The date and time is based on Japan standard time GMT+9.
CANCELLATION POLICY

| (1) 30% if canceled after receiving the confirmation e-mail. |
| (2) 50% if canceled 7 days in advance. |
| (3) 100% if canceled one day prior to booking or on the same day. |
*The refund of third parties – Travel Service Suppliers – will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective travel supplier, not the policy we stipulate below.
*Cancellation can be made by e-mail or phone call. Please note that there may be a considerable time difference between Japan and your country. The date of cancellation is deemed to be the date on which ANDNEXT receives the e-mail or phone call on the Japan standard time.
